I am about to close on my new house in long island and need professional interior design assistance. I want a nice modern look for my place without breaking the bank. What is a price for just consultation?

The clients wants a cozy, comfortable, modern, contemporary, no clutters, simple, clean, not a lot of furniture or frames.

Like the rooms to look like they have high ceilings.

Dining Room - I prefer a rectangular dining table BUT consultation the designer thinks round table will look nicer. I like curtains. Anything that makes the room like spacious and big with high ceilings. I like floor to ceiling window curtains. Prefer no glass dining table - experienced this before and it was a nightmare keeping it clean

Living Room - I like neutral colors but would also like an accent furniture with color that pops. THis living room will not have a TV. Entertainment room will be our next project which will be the basement.

Attached a photo of a chandelier/lighting that i would love to incorporate. Love it and saw it on your website

Master Bedroom - definitely would like a King Size Bed OR Bigger. We have two small children and they love to join us in bed when they wake up in the morning for some quality time.

Dining Room ColorsDining Room

Since your room gets plenty of sunlight your color options are quite broad.

For your main color, we chose to use yellow. As a joyful color, it is energizing and uplifting. Light yellows are less overpowering and make for a nice happy wall hue. Gold tones have an aura of luxury or they can be seen as antique.

Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish
