Vicky was born and raised by the sandy beaches. Craving more inspiration she moved to a bigger city to pursue her career as an Interior Designer/Architect. Working with clients from all different industries and tackling all different parts of the design process is what drives Vicky to continue to develop high-quality designs for commercial clients. One of her other passions is to work with furniture and the home. She believes people are working more, on the phone more, and need a place to represent a sanctuary from all the noise. And the home is a respite that shows both the clients personality and lifestyle, and she hopes to achieve cozy interiors that reflect the client's needs with a stylish representation. She is very excited to work on a digital platform and reach out to more people around the world with their design ideas.
We know you love designing, but what about it do you love most?
I love giving people a space that they are proud of as well as glad to be in. Something that logically tackles their needs as well as reflects their personality through the rooms aesthetics. Being able to solve that problem gives me a sense of purpose and happiness to achieve it!
Describe your go-to style:
My go-to style would be the Scandinavian Modern look. I very much enjoy the simplicity, ode to modernism, as well as true to materiality with emphasis on natural and high-quality materials. That being said, I also really take into consideration the coziness a home environment should feel. My style would be a little bit of modern and a little bit of boho as well.
From where do you draw most of your inspiration?
I draw a lot of inspiration from all over the place. Mostly travels and seeing things I love in person, but also from magazines, movie posters, nature itself, and probably lastly social media. I am constantly analyzing color palettes, arrangements, fashion trends, and showrooms.
