Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish

I want this home to look like a model home when walking through with neutral colors and touches of glam throughout. The home was completely remodeled before we moved in and its gorgeous! I don't mind adding accent walls, wallpaper in the many niches and ceiling details but I would prefer to not have to do any major construction work.
My husband and I love velvets and luxurious fabrics. He loves silver and I love gold. We both aren't afraid of color but would like it to be more of an accent instead of the entire room being full of color.
