  1. Press “add to cart” beside any of the items you want, continue to checkout and fill in the form with your shipping details.
  2. We’ll send you an invoice that includes the shipping fees and taxes. Many of our vendors offer free shipping which would be passed on to you!
  3. After your payment is completed, we’ll provide tracking information and updates on your order.
  4. We’re happy to coordinate returns and provide return labels in line with each vendor's policy.

The choice is entirely yours. While we offer personalized shopping assistance to simplify your experience, you have the freedom to purchase items yourself. Our flexible approach also allows us to seamlessly integrate any existing pieces you love into your new design. Plus, as a valued client, you'll gain lifetime access to our exclusive trade discounts, even after your project concludes. This means continued savings and benefits, ensuring your space can evolve with your needs.

Absolutely! As part of your decor questionnaire you will be asked upfront which items you’d like to keep or incorporate. You can also tell your designer about items you like while working with them. We just request that you provide us with the item URL or two photos of each item that you want to incorporate and the dimensions of that item.

As a Decorilla client, you will have access to exclusive discounts of up to 50% on top decor brands. The specific discounts will depend on the items and brands selected. Our team will be checking for the best discounts and promos on top of sales available and will apply them to your shopping list. If you have specific items that you would like to purchase or if you would like more information on the discounts available, our team will be happy to assist you.

We strive to offer the best prices with our furniture discounts. If you find a lower price elsewhere, just send the URL or a screenshot to orders@decorilla.com. and we’ll happily match the price for you prior to your invoice being paid.

Our vendors often allow additional discounts on sale prices and promos, but each vendor and sale can be different. Please mention any promo code or gift certificate in the checkout notes, and we’ll confirm if it can be applied to your purchase!

Yes! We work with international clients as well and can definitely work with stores in your country. Some international clients purchase everything from US stores to save money and have it delivered via a crate from a freight forwarder. Please note that trade discounts are usually not available at stores outside of the United States, but a few vendors like Wayfair, AllModern, and Perigold do provide trade discounts to our Canadian clients.

We provide updates for each item as it ships, including emails and tracking links whenever they are available. If a vendor doesn't offer tracking links, we will keep you updated with the estimated shipping dates in your order details. You can also access tracking information and view the status of your orders when you are logged into your account. Simply go to the "My Orders" page, which can be found either in your dropdown menu or as a separate tab on the "My Projects" page.

If some of your items require in-home deliveries, the vendor’s delivery team will contact you directly via phone about one week before to schedule a specific date and time window.

If an item is no longer available, we’ll work with your designer to find an alternative item. Feel free to contact us at orders@decorilla.com to let us know. Certain vendors or items often come back in stock and in those cases we’ll recommend waiting a few weeks if you really like the item!

Decorilla accepts returns in accordance with each vendor's return and shipping policy. For details on your best options, please refer to the return policies linked in your shopping list and on your invoice.

To initiate a return, email orders@decorilla.com with your request let us know if you have the original packaging and if applicable, attach photos of any damage. We will provide shipping labels and make the return process easy for you. We adhere to each vendor's return policy, including the return time window. Custom-made and final sale items are non-returnable. For most vendors, the return window is typically 30 days.

Links to vendor return policies are available in your shopping list and on each invoice, adjacent to the respective items.

Please email orders@decorilla.com to initiate a cancellation. We are always happy to request an alternative suggestion from your designer if needed, or you may ask our in-house team as well.

Shipping charges are in accordance with each vendors return policy. In general, if the item is defective or damaged, the vendor will cover the replacement or refund. If you decide to return it because you do not like the item you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

We collaborate with over 350 carefully selected vendors, ranging from well-known retail brands to exclusive trade-only suppliers. Our vendor list includes popular names like Crate & Barrel, Article, and Wayfair, as well as premium design sources like Kravet Fabrics, Arteriors, and Four Hands. This diverse mix allows us to accommodate a wide variety of styles, budgets, and preferences.

If you have a favorite brand that isn’t part of our current network, let us know—we’re always open to exploring new partnerships. Additionally, you’re welcome to incorporate pieces from any vendor you prefer, so you’re never limited to ordering solely through us. Our goal is to ensure your space reflects your unique style, no matter where your favorite pieces come from.
