Modern Work Functional Bedrooms Design

We need help with our daughters' bedroom, our son's bedroom and our small office.

Here is a floor plan:

Bedroom 3 is my 8 year old son's room. I included pictures of that room, with train covers on it. He needs furniture (maybe brown or gray?), rug, art for the walls, possibly a pouf or bean bag or other comfy chair, etc. He has a star wars light and harry potter covers (added below) that he will keep.

Bedroom 4 is a room shared by our 2 daughters (19 months old and 5 years old). I included pictures of that room, with a bed and a crib in it. They need furniture (maybe white?), rug, art, etc. They will keep their pink feature light fixture and floral comforter (pictured below).

Bedroom 2 is the small office. I marked 2 pictures in the album with "will become small office". We will have a medium gray couch in the small office, and have a white desk there. We could replace the desk. We need a rug, art work, etc. There are also shelves, that we would like to make somewhat decorative, so would mind recommendations for that.
