Project Title:
Modern Office Design
Project Description:
My company has recently moved into a new office space. I am looking for help to make it modern looking with the right accents and placement of furniture. The unit is a loft style unit. It has exposed ceilings for the urban feel. I am looking for a trendy modern look that matches our business of Internet Marketing. The floors are treated concrete in which a company came out and sanded them down along with putting a clear coat on them.
I want to have an area in which we can put up a TV and Couch to hang out. I have the television but would need a couch. I would not be opposed to hanging the television or a piece of furniture for it to sit on.
I would also like an area in which we can put a table so the employees have a place to eat. Maybe a higher bar table would look good?
There is also a metal support post in the middle of the room. In the pictures you will be able to see it.
I am ok with painting the walls if it will help the place look better.
I do not have to keep all of the tables and can get rid of some. I would like a design in which I can accommodate 10-12 people in the office.
When it is overcast the office is a little bit dark. I am getting some track lighting installed in the next week.
For inspiration, think Facebook, Google, Twitter offices. Cool area to hang out while work.
