Modern Glam Living Room and Dining Room

For dining room: i need to choose paint color, i would like to do wallpaper and 3D metal art that can be lighted up with LED for a niche, art between the built ins. I need to choose design for built ins, was thinking to do cabinet in bottom and wine rack above lighted by LED light, need to figure out what background it will have. Need to choose light fixture, curtains, rug, faux flowers to put on table, considering to do wallpaper on ceiling, hardware for the built in cabinet. I am either going to do custom built in or buy etagere and built it into niches, my contractor can drywall to make it fit. I do have a table and chairs that i would like to use, however it has silver pieces, the kitchen has gold hardware so not sure if i can use it.

Connected living room: this is room where Christmas tree is going to be, i would like to keep big mantel for christmas cards and decorations. I would like to change the fireplace glass, possibly do stone surround around fireplace. On the ceiling there is a niche i would like to put LED light around niche, wallpaper in the middle, choose colors for living room, art above the fireplace, chandalier, couch, coffee table, coffee table decor, rug and tie everything with dining room
