We are interested in doing one bedroom for my daughter who is 11. The budget says $10k-$20k but I am wanting to keep things at $10k or under. The $20k price was when I was considering doing two bedrooms. Dimensions

Too much pink. Would like feminine shades of blues, greys and blacks. We are currently unsure if we should keep the chair rail or not. What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?
We do not need to keep any lighting or furniture in the room however we do need furniture that has good decent amounts of storage in it. We also need some type of rug in the room as we have hardwood floors throughout the house. Plan on replacing the rug but the hardwood floors will remain. Are you open to changing your wall colors?

Bedroom:
Using lighter colors in your medium-sized room will make it feel more airy and bright
For your main color, we chose to use blue because it is calming, relaxing, and serene. It ris reminiscent of blue skies and deep blue oceans. This color works well in bedrooms and can help turn your space into a soothing sanctuary.
Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish
