the pool shown was from our original home but due to grading requirements we actually tore out and filled in. The sport court is also gone but we want to add that back in as a good party space and outdoor kid play space.

Also we have extended the main house patio away from the house (made it deeper) and will have the sliding doors off the pool house open completely (no column at the corner). The trees have all stayed except our lemon tree casualty which already was not on the renderings. (Not sure any of that matters at this stage but just in case!)

We’d like help with all the hardscaping, pool concept, and furniture, including as many gathering and functional spaces as would well fit into the space and overall flow. Our builder and architect I believe are willing to help some gratis but we’d like more time spent and think Decorilla would be good option to have it really thought through while they focus on their core things.
