We want a double sink wood vanity at least 84 inch length, ideally 96". I attached a google image of an example of a wood vanity that I like the style of. We want a lof of storage in the vanity as I do not want a medicine cabinet mirrow above it. We want a single large mirror above the vanity.

I do not like the look of the white french doors with the wood trim (would have preferred all wood similar to the office doors). These doors will end up being the picture window wall with the new addition and the door to the backyard is between the kitching and dining (see architect plans).

With the new floor plans and new windows, there will be more natural light than the current room. We want to keep our walls off-white color.
The flooring will be the same as the kitchen (looks like hardwood but not hardwood - has multiple tones of wood in the flooring).
Recess lighting throughout. Ceiling fan centered in living room.
Layout of room: The center/focal point of the living room will be the gas fireplace and TV above it. On either side of that are a set of 4ft wide built in bookshelves (with cabinets on the bottom). On either side of the bookshelves will be windows. The furniture would be centered with the TV/fireplace.

We do plan on trying to incorporate some cabinets or storage bench (or both) on the wall across from the garage door entry which would be about 12 inches in depth making the hallway about 4ft wide instead of 5ft. We provided some inspiration pictures. We plan on doing a different flooring for this little mud section such as tile or something that looks like stone. Overall tone of wood should be light/medium. Will provide pictures of flooring colors that I like.

We want light kitchen backsplash (white/off-white). Open to backsplash ideas but generally we prefer simple clean look and nothing too busy.
We are getting a 48 inch gas range/side by side double oven (we have not picked out the stove/oven yet) and would like a hood vent over it. Stainless steel.

We plan to redo all of the trim downstairs (baseboard trim, trim around doors/windows). We would like to keep the trim wood toned which is what it is currently but update it and ensure it goes with the cabinet wood tone and style.
In regards to flooring, we do not want hardwood floors (have pets and it is costly to upkeep). We want the same flooring throughout the entire downstairs other than the small hallway near the powder room on main floor (see floorplans; thinking of doing tile there). We are open to what material the kitchen/living area flooring is. We want "wood" toned flooring no matter the material so it looks like hardwood and I want flooring that incorporates multiple wood color tones in order to incorporate both the light colored cabinets and darker wood furniture pieces that I have. Overall tone of wood should be light/medium. Will provide pictures of flooring colors that I like.
We want to keep off-white/light walls.
We want light kitchen backsplash (white/off-white). Open to backsplash ideas but generally we prefer simple clean look and nothing too busy.
We are getting a 48 inch gas range/side by side double oven (we have not picked out the stove/oven yet) and would like a hood vent over it. Stainless steel.
Currently, all of the windows in our house have wood trim around them (will send pics of existing rooms). I like the look of black framed windows in kitchens with light wood cabinetry but do not necessarily want black windows in the rest of the house so unsure how to avoid it clashing but also break up some of the monotomy of wood in the kitchen.

1. "Light wood kitchen cabinets 5" and "Kitchen style, cabinets, windows.." are google images and I really like the overall style, including the flooring of the first one, the tone of the cabinets as well as the light colored countertops, and black windows. These pictures are a good starting point.
