Elegant Transitional Home Design

Per In Home Consultant: Sue would like design help for her master bedroom and bathroom, as well as her guest bedroom and home office.
She has nice bedding and a bed set that she likes in her master bedroom, but the room doesn't feel complete. It could use a taller headboard, chunkier table lamps, heavier drapes, art and maybe a floor mirror. She really needs more help accessorizing this space than anything else. Her bathroom is open to the bedroom. In here she needs help narrowing in on a color palette and accessorizing. She could also use new fixtures above the vanity. The adjacent water closet has the same neutral color and might benefit from either art or a few shelves.
In her guest bedroom she would like to just start over and do something fun to match her style.
The home office has a nice desk and daybed. She would like to keep these and redo the rest of the room to go with them. She mostly needs storage solutions for her small space. We discussed a tall skinny cabinet, and a decorative cabinet so she can mount a small TV to the wall while still keeping it hidden. She could also use shelving and file storage around her desk. The window kind of creates a fun nook that she would like to do something with.
In addition to these spaces, she would like advice on a color palette and vanity light for the shared guest bath, and advice for art in her hallway and at there staircase.

Per In Home Consultant: There's a lot of brown in the space, and it would be nice to break it up with some other paint colors such as an accent wall. The window can let in a lot of very bright light, and it would be nice to fill out her window treatments so that she can control this better. The bathroom needs to be considered along with the bedroom design because there is no door dividing the two rooms. The bathroom has black/white countertops/cabinetry, so finding colors that can compliment the transition between the 2 rooms would be great.
What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?:
She would like to keep her nightstands and dresser. Also, a ceiling fan was recently installed to help with the summer heat and while a nice pendant light could be attractive, it's likely best to retain the fan for it's functional purpose.
Are you open to changing your wall colors?:

Do you have a preference for either paint or wall covering, or are you open to both?:
A feminine room is appealing but a mix of neutral/feminine might work well also given the brown dresser/night stands and ceiling fan currently in place.
Paint colors - selecting soothing colors would be welcome whether it's all over or only accent walls.
She has a large sheepdog that lives indoors and does not shed, but does have some bed/sleep spaces in the master bedroom and upstairs landing. Just wanted to mention as colors and furniture pieces are considered.

WC is small and sparse with a modern lighting fixture; would like to subtly 'dress it up' a bit without going over the top feminine. Might be nice to either add a few shelves or simply wall decor and/or new color.

Flooring, Counter tops/Cabinetry/Sink should all remain. Note: materials and colors of 2 upstairs bathrooms match with the kitchen counter tops/cabinet in black/white style. Design was already in place when the home was purchased; and I think they should remain for consistent flow thru the home.

Since your room is large your color options with this room are quite broad
For your main color, we chose to use blueish purple because it is calming, relaxing, and serene. It ris reminiscent of blue skies and deep blue oceans. This color works well in bedrooms and can help turn your space into a soothing sanctuary.
Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish
