I need help with whole house interior design. I just purchased a new home and would like to redecorate a majority of it.

the key words for the whole house vibe/feel:
lux, clean, modern/transitional, family focused, inviting, homebody, intentional design and decor choices. no clutter.
keep white oak floors on top 2 floors, having touched up but keeping the stain generally the same. for the entire basement except the workout room(need special flooring in there, ideally I would love harlequin designed ceramic or porcelain matte checkerboard tiles in a beige/grey. very subtle. but i think it is really pricey. so i found this tile online.

would that be nice using the desert and sand shades?
also, love this couch or something similar for basement. needs to be pretty durable as kids will be using this room.

For entire basement floor except the workout room also, the laundry/mudroom and bathroom downstairs, we have more updated layouts for those 2 spaces so we will need to walk through that. In diamond design with the following tiles.
