You have the flexibility to shop at your own pace. We can assist you with shopping and incorporate your existing items into the design. Our trade discounts are available anytime during or after your project, providing you with the freedom to make purchases at your convenience with no pressure.

Once you purchase your design package, you'll gain access to our exclusive furniture discounts, which range from 5% to 45% off at popular stores. Our designers will create a personalized shopping list for you, featuring recommended furniture items tailored to your space. When you're ready to make a purchase, we'll apply the trade discounts and manage the ordering process on your behalf. Additionally, you can access these discounts directly through the 'shop' area on our platform. Often, our exclusive discounts are substantial enough to cover the cost of the design fees, enabling you to maximize any budget, whether large or small.

We understand that life can get busy. If you need to put your project on hold, please contact us to let us know. However, please be aware that if a project remains inactive for 90 days, it cannot be refunded and may be considered closed.

After receiving your final design package, you can start purchasing the suggested items from the shopping list. Our shopping concierge service is available to assist you. Once your items arrive, follow the implementation guide for arranging and styling your space. If you have any questions, our design team is here to support you. We can also help by coordinating with contractors and helping you find the best one for your project. Additionally, our skilled designers can provide CAD drawings for the contractor to review. Our design packages have a flat rate based on the room type and the level of design expertise you choose (Bronze, Silver, or Gold). The package price includes all the design services outlined in the package description, such as initial concepts, revisions, 3D renderings, a shopping list, and design guidance.

However, it's important to note that the package price does not include the cost of purchasing furniture, decor, or other items for your space. That would be an additional expense. The shopping list provided by your designer will include recommended items and their costs, but it will be up to you to make the purchases.
