White Eclectic Living Room

I need help with my living room. I tried another online service and I was not satisfied. I want help not just with furniture selection but also with adding character to the room with different option like wall color or adding veneer or wood paneling walls , window treatments, ceiling beams and may be a fire place. So I am looking for a full room design.

I do have dog , golden retriever , amazing dog but will need to consider that with rugs and the couch. I do prefer a leather couch, I have one now that I will put in a different room because it's kind of traditional, I had it for 2 years and it is great with the dog. I really love the look of a tan leather sofa.

there are few things that will not be able to change. I just put a new flooring, Luxury vinyl planks, grey wood looking, I like it and since it's new I don't want to replace it. wall color is antique white which is nice , I am open to painting one side as an accent wall but I am not looking to paint the whole room because it's open on the kitchen and I will have to repaint all of this. I also have a 55 inch TV that I want to keep in the living space. there is only one side that will be able to have the TV on because all the other side has either windows or hallways. that big wall is a challenge because I am not sure what would be the best way to make the best use of it , may be add a fireplace , may be a large entertainment center.. or any other ideas. I am open. the last thing is the ceiling in the living room is higher than the rest of the house, I think adding a faux wood beams might be a good idea to add character, or any other ideas, again I am open.
