Project Description:

The chosen designer will need to be available for 3 phone calls (possibly video) with the Design Center in July as this is a new build. You would help with picking out colors and trim needed for the home.

The home is being built at the moment so everything you are seeing from home images, furniture, etc. are of the model home. None of the furnishing etc. are mine or reflective of my style.

The model of the house is on the Toll Brothers, Greenville Overlook website (Columbia Aberdeen model). Link below:

I have attached the floor plan, the floor plan is mirror image of what you see now. (just kind of flip it over so to speak)

We are focusing currently on the following rooms:

Master Bedroom and Bath (w/3D's)
Foyer (w/3D's)
Exterior Design (w/2D's, choosing paint, shutter color and stone)

On the link above you can see pictures of the model as well as a 3D walk through video. All the pictures shown in this are of the model and only meant to give you an example of the interior such as windows, walls etc. We are starting from scratch. I don't have any furniture for the spaces.

Molding,trim, wall color etc. has not been picked out but you will help with that during the video or voice meetings with the Design Center.

Looking for classic designs with a pop of color . Theme for living room to be white and pale green , interesting art and some plants. Would like to incorporate some family pictures - maybe a wall /section dedicated to family pictures. A sectional is preferred for family comfort . This room will have the Television - ?? can do a media wall unit if it isn't too bulky vs just a really nice/chic TV stand. There will not be a fireplace.

Would definitely like a buffet table / credenza on the side with a fun picture / painting over it to add lots of color to the dining room .
Would also like to a have a pretty light fixture / chandelier overhanging the table .
As far as the living room :
- Would like some shelves for books
- Need to make some room for our piano - will upload picture
- A semi formal couch/ seating / accent chairs

Since your room gets plenty of sunlight your color options are quite broad. We are leaving it as is for now, if you want to freshen up at some point use the same white throughout the main floor living spaces.

For your main color, we chose to use white/off-white as it offers a fresh, clean, feel to the space. White and off-white colors are often a favorite for walls because they are light, neutral, and match most color schemes. They are known to make rooms feel more airy and spacious.

Use a satin finish paint which has a bit more gloss than eggshell finish and is a little smoother. This finish is often used for windows, doors, trim, and ceilings, but can also be ideal walls in kids’ rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and other high-traffic areas because it is easier to clean than eggshell finish.
