All walls are a light eggshell GREY
The backsplash in the kitchen in rectangular grey
The light fixture in the dining is not hanging down
We already purchased a sectional sofa and a dining set so we would not require those

What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?:
We bought a sectional and dining set (table and chairs). Otherwise the space in a blank canvas
The picture attached is of the sectional at the store, we chose the exact same configuration without the chaise. The fabric we chose was beige. I've attached a picture of that too

Additional comments to designers:
I would like a space that is functional and comfortable. I love anything that provides extra storage
I don't own any books (no need for a bookcase)
We tend to eat on the sectional watching TV
Sectional & dining will arrive in Feb 2022 (If you need the actual furniture in the room). I wasn't planning on getting a buffet simply cause the space is too tight.
I don't like leather
It would be nice to have a clock on atable or wall somewhere
We will need curtains
We bought a 65"TV. We'll need a media cabinet or something to put the TV on (I'm open to mounting in case that makes a huge difference in the look).
The walls are a subtle eggshell grey. I really don't want to paint unless I have to
It would be nice to add smaller pieces that would extra seats in the living room, like poufs or stools.
I like distressed looking pieces
