We are changing the layout of the primary bathroom during our remodel. As you can tell, the bathroom is very outdated. We would like to make the primary bathroom feel luxurious with the little space we have. We want to feel like we are on vacation in this bathroom. We are open to something exciting and different in the bathroom where we would like to keep the guest bathroom more neutral colors (similar to the kitchen). Open to making it slightly moody but want to ensure I still have good lighting for getting ready. As you can see, one closet is connected so want to make sure the clothes are protected but might like a statement door (not married to this). This is the space we have the least vision of. Not a fan of the fireplace brick & the walls on either side seem really blank. Would love to reface the fireplace, remove the hearth & likely add built ins or storage on either side. We are removing a wall between the kitchen & living/dining space so the home is open concept but by doing this, we are losing our true dining room space. We are thinking about starting a family so the dining room table will be utilized more but we also love hosting Super Bowl & movie nights so the couch and tv setup may outweigh our use of the dining room. It's a pretty tight space. I have added layouts done by our previous designer. We are not married to this layout and will definitely lean on your your expertise. Just don't want to feel to squished. Like I mentioned, we like to host and will have people hanging out in the kitchen, dining room, living room spaces. Also, looking for a ottoman vs. coffee table, something safe for kids & I don't like glass dining tables.

Right now, it's a mess. It has become a massive storage room. However, this space is about to get a ton of use. When we have kids, it will likely become my & my husbands home office so we will need 2 different desks, a tv room/kid play space, and a space for our Peloton. I'd really like doors on the built ins & likely will need to redo the current built ins. Our dog grabs books & movies off the shelves. Right now, my husband has sports & concert memorabilia up but my office looks very different (pictures in items you want to keep). Hoping we can meet in the middle with design. Something that will work for the multi-purpose room we are trying to create.
What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?
Considering keeping our desks, white & light wood tops & angled shelves from my office. Like having a couch in the space but looking for a trundle or pullout. Also like having the space in front of the tv easy to access if we ever want to do floor workouts. Doesn't need to be always empty but easy to push something out of the way to open it for working out. Are you open to changing your wall colors?

The above photo is from our initial walkthrough (most of the photos are actually). I will add more photos of the space currently shortly. We have a king bed so there isn't room for a large dresser. Right now we have a lingerie cabinet to hold some folded items but mostly use the closet for clothes storage. We would like the back wall with window to be completely full, with a nightstand on either side of the king bed. Right now, we are using small night stands which leave a pretty awkward gap. Any additional clothes/shoes storage would be helpful as I have clothes/shoes in every closet of the house and will have to narrow that down as we start a family. I also will get rid of some clothes in prep haha. Are you open to changing your wall colors?

For your main color, we chose to use white/off-white as it offers a fresh, clean, feel to the space. White and off-white colors are often a favorite for walls because they are light, neutral, and match most color schemes. They are known to make rooms feel more airy and spacious.
