We just moved into a new duplex (new construction) and we need help with our new space.
The living room is located on the lower floor and all other rooms are on the second level.
The bathrooms are done, but would like suggestions for new vanity and mirrors, shower curtain, rug , towels, trashcan etc to match bathroom colors

Since we have opted to use the large room downstairs as the main living room, we decided to have this as a dining room. We like to have friends and family over, so we would like the space to be cool and inviting, yet comfortable to chill in, as we have dinner and/or post dinner. We are open to having some sort of additional sitting or storage in this space. The gray sofa can be used in this space instead of in the living room if it fits the design better.

We need light fixtures and are open to accent walls, color e.t.c.

Use a matte finish paint because it will be helpful in camouflaging those surface imperfections such as bumps and cracks as it does not reflect light.
