Modern Farmhouse Living & Dining Interior Design

Need help decorating 1) open floor plan living room and dining room 2) "flex" room and 3) Master bedroom. We have no idea what style we like. We tend to lean towards transitional to beach, to modern farmhouse, with a touch of industrial. All over the place as you can see. We like the design style of "Fixer Upper" Joanna Gaines and "Home Town" on HGTV as well. We want our spaces to be clean, open, warm, comfortable, and inviting without being stuffy or sterile. We would like to first floor living spaces to be cohesive and tie together. We would like a large sectional that is dog friendly. We need the design to include light fixtures/indicate if can lights should be installed as the ones that come with the home are terrible, rugs (ruggable type in the dining room for ease of cleaning), and window treatments. We like Silhouette type blinds for the living spaces as we like to let light in but need privacy at night, but are open to suggestions. I'd like a as large as I can comfortably fit dining table as well as bar stools for the island. If possible, we'd like a coffee bar type console off the dining room. For the "flex" room, we'd like the space to be an informal gathering area with a bar storage. The family room and master bedroom are prewired for ceiling fans, fyi. For the master bedroom, we have a king size bed and would like a seating area at the foot of the bed. We enjoy watching TV before bed so that would have to be factored in as well. We want our bedroom to be a tranquil retreat. Nothing blingy. We are moving with little to no furniture and would like to have the main pieces in by Christmas if possible.
