Project Description:

We are looking to design a house that is being built now. We have an open floor plan of kitchen/living/dining rooms. Our style leans towards mid century modern but we open to contemporary, industrial, or modern. We have a few mid century pieces from Room and Board that we want to keep. We’d possibly like help picking hardwood flooring and paint schemes as well as art work since there will be plenty of large open walls. While we’re interested in designing the kitchen we’re limited by the options of the builder’s design center. So we’d possibly like help with kitchen color schemes, fixtures, and finishes.

We need help creating a cohesive look for our home. When designing we need to think about resale and broad appeal as well.

-we'd like to be able to seat at least 10-12 people

The master bedroom is a blank slate and we don't have any existing furniture for this space.
