It was dark and tuscan. It’s gutted now. I included some of the listing pictures and the before pictures for better perspective.

Possibly the dining table or chairs. I only have 6 chairs. Chairs are roughly 21” x 21”. Dining is 44”w x 112”l. But I am open to replacing them.
I also have a chandelier in boxes that I am open to usIng or replacing or using at the entry i believe the chandelier is roughly 30’w x 48’ tall.

We have 3 dogs and they are allowed on the furniture so we would prefer leather and performance fabrics. The house is in south Florida (very hot and humid) and is on the water so the flooring choice should reflect dogs and water. If it weren’t for that I really prefer a light wood. Because of the conditions we were leaning toward a gray large format tile but can be swayed.

The stairs and upstairs will be light engineered wood. We are leaving the black iron stair railings.

We plan to reconfigure the back wall of windows and doors. Revised drawing was attached. Also open to suggestions if you think there is a better way.

We are hoping to make this house a party house and plan to entertain. We both work and have no kids hence why we would like a little more elegant of a style. We love high contrast.

The house is currently painted a dark beige which makes it feel really dark. We want to brighten it up and really like benjamin moore’s Chantilly Lace white paint.

That’s not to say we are not open to dark wallpaper accent wall or a dark fireplace or something that incorporates more black. The living room and dining room are open to the kitchen which will be painted black cabinets, with a white-ish marble, and gold and stainless accents.

There is a loft above the kitchen which looks over the living room/dining room.

Preferences for the room:
1) vented gas fireplace - it can be anywhere on the back wall and any size.
2) a disguised TV as much as possible (either a frame tv or a sliding picture or mirror)
3) performance / durable fabrics and rugs
4) incorporate large plants/trees
5) ceiling design for the living room
6) curtains for the back windows
7) sofa(s): mid century modern or chesterfield ( https://cococohome.com/product/arden-leather-sofa/ or https://cococohome.com/product/belmont-leather-sofa/ ) - something with a tight back
8) furniture in general: leather in saddle, black, gray, teal; fabric: black, white, dark gray, teal
9) art: vintage photography- black and white or color of palm beach or Jupiter; paintings of birds in the area (Rosetta spoonbills, herons, egrets, ospreys), or abstract and oversized

Other items:
We would love to figure out a place for a bar and piano (piano can be a tall stand up or a grand piano). Each could also be in the front room (which was the old dining room) - so not a necessity.

Also love Gold large mirrors but also not a necessity - could be used in front entry instead.
