We are moving from a small apartment to this home and so are working from almost entirely a blank slate. I love the idea of white walls with molding/details (e.g., painting the fireplace surround white) and with bold pops of color in the furniture (e.g., navy, teal)
It's a really big room and we want it to be functional and intentional. We are picturing the dining room on the right side of the room when looking at the floorplan near the pocket door in front of the bay window
The circular window has a radiator, with built in seating - we are interested in a seat cover and radiator cover (for all radiators) to protect our toddler from the heat
The green wall paper is not in the space but is in the entry way. We plan to keep it so want these designs to work with it
We also have a sonos system, inclusive of a black play bar for the TV, plus a Play 3, Subwoofer, and several Play 1s, all in white. These we'd like to have a space for speakers in each room of our home (e.g., on a table where our toddler can't reach)
We would also like to turn the doorway that is currently the entryway into the "parlor" into a bookshelf with a hidden door built in. I've attached a few examples into the 'things we'd like to keep section' since I wasn't sure where to put them.
