We would like to do a gut renovation for the kitchen. We are thinking of taking the wall down by the stairs and moving the stairs so that when you first walk in they are to the left of you. We would then like to put up a half wall and then possibly banquet seating and a table for kids to do homework. This will also allow more room if we want to put in an island because I would like to have more counter space. Also where the windows are located we would like to have glass french doors to lead to the backyard.

Use a semi-gloss paint finish as it is ideal for bathrooms and cabinets. It has a slight shine and is easy to clean.
