We want to convert this awful kitchen to a bathroom. It currently has a loft built on top, that needs removed to open up the ceiling but is a 12' bathroom odd? If we need to keep the ceiling lowere, lets look at a way to keep the loft?

This bathroom will be in New Orleans home and I am really looking to have some fun with the design to incorporate some New Orleans "flavor" in it. I maybe want a black and white space that echos some of the "creepiness" of the city, but done in a beautiful, glamourous way.

I dont want a tub in the space, just a shower. Also (and this is a wish-Iist item) would there be any way to put a small washer and dryer? If no, totally fine)

I definitely want this bathrooom to be ultra feminine with blushes, pinks and whites. Love to make it feel chic and elegant. No bathtub is needed, shower only. I cannot even talk into this room at this point. I shared some bathrooms with blues, but pink it is. Bathroom 11 pic is my favorite
