Additional comments to designers

- We would like the room to be feminine and not too young so that she will grow out of it right away but not too mature for a young girl.
- We would like plenty of space to play and storage.
- We have a lot of gray accessories from our son's room we'd like to reuse (sheets, blankets, ect).
- I listed colors I like but am open to ideas.

Kids Room:

using lighter colors in your medium-sized room will make it feel more airy and bright

For your main color, we chose to use off-white/light gray/beige as it offers a fresh, clean, feel to the space. these colors are often a favorite for walls because they are light, neutral, and match most color schemes. They are known to make rooms feel more airy and spacious. ceiling paint : white trims and doors: white

Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish
