Nursery: this room is 12' from window to entrance door by 11'wide. There's a small closet, 2' x 18inches deep. There's another little closer shaped like a triangle ~2.5ft x 1.5ft.
The room is already a light gray color.
We are very open for this space, would like to have developed from scratch, with new furniture. We'd like a modern, minimalist design, featuring grey and pink, and we'd like to make it girly/feminine. We would like to occasionally use it as a guest room as well, so a small bed or convertible couch would be great. We'd like to customize the closets as well so we have an organized space for her clothes and toys. This room has hardwood flooring. We'd like some sort of rubber/foam play mat and then a nice plush rug/carpet/mat on top of it in the center. We'll need some sort of blackout shade with nice curtains as that room gets a lot of sunlight (room faces west-southwest).
The only lighting in that room right now is the standing lamp, so we are open to installing lights or adding more lamps.

We can make it more colorful, still with gray and pink as the primary colors, but also add other accents that fit the theme.
