Juli said she doesn't mind keeping the loveseat and arm chair in the room, but if it doesn't work with the design then she is completely open to new furniture. The fireplace screen needs to stay, unless the designer feels it doesn't go with the design. The T.V. needs to stay as well and it does not come off the stand (I asked). Therefore, it cannot be mounted to the wall.

Juli said if the current furniture does not work for the design, then she is open to all new furniture. I took pictures of the current loveseat and armchair, but it does not have to stay and I felt like it was a little small for the space (the room is quite narrow). Juli wanted some type of chandelier (wants to add a touch of glam), but her husband would like to keep the ceiling fan or update it to a more contemporary style. Juli likes the paint colors (see red and blue gray accent wall in pictures) and does not want to change it. She also likes their current fireplace screen, but might be open to updating it if the designer thinks it does not go with the design.She is open to new bar stools because they are apart of the living room design. She also mentioned wanting a gallery wall and a bench/console table on the wall by the stairs or by the entry wall near the bar.

Living Room:
Since your room gets plenty of sunlight your color options are quite broad.
For your main color, we chose to keep gray because it is neutral and seen as elegant and classy. It compliments many colors such as white, blue, and yellow and works well as part of a color scheme in any room. For the fireplace wall, we chose to keep red as it is a stimulating color that increases excitement and energy levels. In the living room or dining room red can ignite conversations and in the entryway it can create a strong impression.
Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish
