Starting fresh. Want it to feel bigger.
Hate the window treatments. Need new shades (maybe from Wayfair or Bed, Bath & Beyond... which is where my friends's are from in the non-project photos).
Might want to cover the heater with some kind of custom wood or something that gives more shelf space/console there?
Open to adding shelving to the walls.
What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?:
Don't need to keep anything, but if possible would like to keep the bed. It's a full size bed. Open to keeping the mirror or getting new one.
Definitely need a new dresser (the current one is a good size, but ugly)
Maybe need a side table, small accent chair, lamp, sconces. table lamp, accessories, more succulents like in friend's room?

I like blue rugs like the one in the inspiration rendering designed by Tiara:)
But open to cow hide or anything that gives that comfy creative vibe.

Since your room is smaller using a light and pale color will enhance the light and the space in your room
For your main color, we chose to use gray because it is neutral and seen as elegant and classy. It compliments many colors such as white, blue, and yellow and works well as part of a color scheme in any room.
Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish
One more thing - we like the current layout as in the room photos and would like to keep the sofa on the same wall because the view is much better from that side!
