My wife and I just moved into a rental 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath on 56th and 2nd. We like modern / mid-century modern, chic but not cold. We are looking to furnish one large room + foyer that will serve as the dining room, living room, and two home offices. We want the space to be fantastic for hosting cocktails and dinner parties.

We already have a creme-colored Dalton Sectional Sofa, white marble coffee-table, and mid-century modern bar-cart from West Elm. We need 1 - 2 desks, dinning table and chairs, seating besides the sofa (for parties), and full decor, lighting etc. Some examples of brands we like are rove concepts, crate and barrel, and west elm.

Our main priority is speed, so we only want in-stock items. How long do you think it would take to design and furnish one room? We are both busy professionals and would like you to take full control of designing and setting up the space.

We are keeping the couch (new), bar cart (new), and one desk (the one that is currently out, and moving it to the foyer area).
