We have a house being built in La Quinta, CA. I've done some initial research on furniture and lighting to show our design style. but we ultimately decided that some professional guidance to ensure it all fits together would be great. The house is about 5k sq feet.
As mentioned, we are looking to furnish the whole house so seeking a total proposal. I've attached the model layout that is ours. We have made some minor modifications, and can't get the final architecture drawings from the real estate group.
I've also attached some of our initial work looking at possible furniture options. Not wedded to anything, but it gives a sense of our style.
