Bright Open Concept Business Office Design

3000 sq ft coworking space. Open floor plan, warehouse vibes. Need help with holistic design
I have an open floor plan for co working. We closed the deal and waiting for the lease. We are starting from scratch.

We would like a over all design for entire space. Don't want everything to look exactly the same. Love dimension and patterns.

We will need a reception desk. The floor for our customers for customers to work. Need a great user experience for our members.

We will have a pop up retail space which is the glassed in space.

We would like to be able 150 in the space. We want to have the desks attached to the wall. Bar top height. In the middle of the room have lounge furniture and long tables.

We want to have dimensions. We want great chairs.

Want black and white with long tables and then round tables. Want really cool chairs.

There are two bathrooms we need help with as well. Maghan and Jeanine. may need help with office

Have 20,000 for the project. We need to get measurements.
