We need help finishing our dining room and figuring out what to do with our display cabinets.

The room doesn't feel completed. We don't mind the style of the wall sconces and ceiling light, but we don't care for the yellow glass shades on both of them.....reminds me of a haunted house :)

What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?

We want to keep the table/chairs, buffet piece, chandelier, and painting

Additional comments to designers

This room feels like something is missing, but we're not sure how to finish it (window treatments, different accessories???). We do not want to cover the windows, but we would like to add something to make the window feel completed. We are open to any suggestions for the lighting just outside the entry of the dining room (2-wall sconces and 1-ceiling light). We are also looking for ideas of what to put in these display cases that are on the wall just opposite the entry of the dining room. Any/all suggestions are greatly appreciated!!
**The walls appear yellowish in a few of the photos, but they are actually more of a tan color.
