I would like the room to be complete with well appointed furniture and wall decor. What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?
I like the current wall color and if possible prefer to keep the rug. I would like a new chandelier that complements the dining room chandelier. I would like to keep existing window treatments as a bottom layer and would like curtains for both this room and dining room. Maybe Thai silk or something with some shine... Are you open to changing your wall colors?

Living Room:
Since your room gets plenty of sunlight your color options are quite broad.
For your main color, we chose to use brown as it reminds us of nature and has a relaxing quality which is easy on the eye. Darker browns work well as accent colors and lighter hues like tan and beige can match and unify most rooms.
Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish
