What drives you to design?
Great design inspires and celebrates life. I believe architecture and design have a greater significance in our lives than to solely provide shelter and aesthetics. My design philosophy centers on the balance of human experience and well-being of the end-user and environment.
From where do you draw most of your inspiration?
I source inspiration from Art, culture, and the process of living. As an artist, I continually practice observing life with curious and explorative eyes. As a designer, I believe it is important to be open-minded to a variety of inspirational elements and beauty.
We know you love designing, but what about it do you love most?
I love the connection between creativity and logic. It is wonderful to be inspired by a concept, but I equally appreciate learning about the technical side of design and construction. I am fascinated by strategy and the details. I love working through programming challenges to deliver a design solution that balances aesthetics and function. I fully embrace the design process as a whole.
