We know you love designing, but what about it do you love most?
My biggest thrill in design is seeing the transformation of a space! Making it more functional, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Nothing is better than showing someone the potential of a space and working with them to help create this vision.
What drives you to design?
Design is in everything we do. Not just interiors, but furniture, to clothes, to buildings, to the coffee cup we drink out of every morning. To me design matters! I want our environment to be aesthetically pleasing. I want the products we use to look good and most importantly the space we work and live in to feel good.
What’s your prediction for the next big trend in design?
Simplicity, authenticity and honest design. I think going back to our roots and showing that character in our design. And allowing the materials and textures we use to be raw and honest.
