What drives you to design?

It's all about being creative. I love design and am so grateful every day that I get to design because I get to do something creative daily. That is what drives me. Whether we work with trends, colour schemes, or even if a client already has their idea of what they would like, we are still creating something completely new together that hasn't been done in that interior before. I get of sense of accomplishment out of creating something new and beautiful. Some people love

From where do you draw most of your inspiration?

Everywhere! When you love design, inspiration can be found on a routine walk to work, at an exhibition, or even from a piece of material. As an interior designer, you need to be able to see the beauty in everything. I have even had a client say they loved the colors in an avocado! Together we made the most beautiful bedroom from this their color scheme! There is beauty and inspiration in almost everything. You just need to look for it.

We know you love designing, but what about it do you love most?

I love it all, but my favourite part of designing is when you see that your designs collaborated with a client’s tastes to create something wonderful. There is a huge sense of accomplishment in making someone happy with your designs. This, I think, is the best part.
