Adithi's passion for art and architecture has been kindled since childhood, when during summer breaks she would visit various cities famous for their architecture. These childhood experiences inspired an aptitude for art and architecture and she decided to pursue an undergraduate degree in architecture. She then worked in architecture for three years before moving to San Francisco to pursue her masters in Advanced Architectural Design at California College of the Arts. It was there that Adithi was given the opportunity to work as a research assistant for Urban Works Agency.
