I've spent a month with our designer with dozens of back and forth of revisions, beautiful 3D renderings, and more! We moved into a new home and needed most of the rooms of the house decorated from scratch. I've used other online services such as modsy and havenly. What I liked about Decorilla is that you get two different designer's opinions up front so that you can see which one is closer to your vision. It's really hard to articulate preferences both for me as a client and as designers on their resume. So being able to see a while mood board based on how they interpret your goals is really helpful. We had two great proposals but ended up going with one a little closer to our vision. The rest of the process was great: evaluating options, iterating based on options and refining the overall aesthetic. The Decorilla ordering team has also been really helpful in coordinating all of the ordering especially given the many backorders these days due to supply chain disruption. Compared to the other online services I've used, it's a night and day difference. The others are highly robotic and felt mostly algorithmic to me. Decorilla felt like what I imagine having a private designer is like. Now the project is complete and I'm excited to share photos of how things are coming together beautifully. I absolutely recommend them.

We used Decorilla to design the whole interior of our custom-built vacation cabin, from tile and flooring recommendations to paint, wallpaper & furnishings. From start to finish, it was a great experience and totally worth the investment! My designer Maya was amazing! She was easy to work with and really understood what we were going for in our aesthetic. The 3D renderings were incredibly helpful to show our builder and the different subs so they could visually understand what we wanted. Decorilla's customer service department is amazing as well. We used them to purchase several of the items, and they were very responsive and helpful. Also, a sofa we ordered from West Elm was delivered incorrectly multiple times (West Elm's fault), and Decorilla's customer service handled all of the headaches, which was a huge relief, and even negotiated a discount on our behalf!

We were pretty hands-on with the process, which really helped us shape the final design and ensure it reflected our preferences. We had a very smooth experience working with our designer, Maya. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and gave us great design options. We're happy with the end result. The biggest benefit for us was that Maya provided access to vendors, furniture options, and design resources we wouldn't have easily found on our own without a good amount of research. She was also great at narrowing down choices that fit both our style and budget, saving us a ton of time. Overall, Decorilla made the process easy and collaborative, and we'd definitely recommend the service to anyone looking to bring their vision to life with professional support.

The clarity of the site, the portfolio of designers, the overall options the entire process is professional and of a very high level, you never feel as though you are online. I have used Decorilla Interior Design Services for 2 projects my master bedroom and my kitchen, two different designers that were specific to my needs and I cannot be more impressed. The ability to ask questions and get them answered in a thorough and timely manner is truly impressive. It is truly a dream find and I could not be any happier, it is by far the most comprehensive Interior design services company out there. I love that they can take on any project, one small room or an entire house. An absolutely wonderful experience!! Honestly, I did not know what to expect. I was hesitant at first because I didn't think I would get much from someone who wasn't physically seeing the space. But my expectations were exceeded! I used them to help with decorating/furnishing the main living room and a large dining/den area in our new home. My designer was an absolute joy to work with. He was efficient but not rushed, took my suggestions and made adjustments accordingly and stayed within my budget. After a few messages back and forth, he saw the space, understood my personal style and really merged the two. He took these two wide open, empty spaces and made them "home" for me. He provided options for furniture, art for the walls, even added those smaller items like a vase or plant that pulled the whole design together. The 3D renderings were great to help with layout and really see the space. On the ordering side, the team was responsive and helpful. They added items to my list that were not part of the design so I could apply their discounts. I ended up wanting to return an item. The team spoke to the vendor, sent me the prepaid return label and helped the process to ensure I received my refund quickly. They have given me updates along the way on when to expect deliveries as supply chain issues have delayed some items. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and responsive. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Decorilla took all the stress away and made decorating our new home a fun and easy process. I will 100% use them for design work in the future.

We purchased a property sorely in need of an entire remodel, and we had no idea how to realize our design vision. We researched other online designer options, but none had the expertise that Decorilla offered. Working with Sarah at Decorilla was an absolutely outstanding experience. Seeing the transformation from the beginning of the process to the very end was incredible. Sarah created exactly what we were hoping for. We knew it would be an investment to see our vision realized, but there were also ways to substitute certain more affordable pieces that resonated with the overall design (Google image search was very helpful). Sarah and the entire Decorilla team were highly responsive and really helpful, and they went above and beyond in answering my every question. And if you have the opportunity to work with Sarah, please do so - she was incredible!! Overall, we were beyond thrilled with how our home turned out. It is now a place of joy and tranquility for us, the quiet retreat from the world we were hoping for. We are grateful for the expertise and effort it took to create this for us. HIGHLY recommend!!
