Nazli U.
Nazli's approach to interior design transcends mere aesthetics, serving as a conduit for creating joy and comfort. Educated at the prestigious National Design Academy UK, her design ethos is a refined amalgamation of her rich ethnic heritage and her broad experiences across Europe and Asia. These cultural encounters have profoundly influenced her as a designer, shaping her unique perspective. Specializing in residential spaces, Nazli considers it a distinct privilege to capture and express the stories of her clients through their interiors, crafting spaces that are not only unique but also deeply personal.
From where do you draw most of your inspiration?
I find inspiration in the little details. For an observant eye the color of the feathers on a bird, the texture of different spices or the historical architectural styles of different cultures have so much to offer. Born and raised in Istanbul, I formerly lived in Europe and Asia, and am now located in Brussels. Combined with my own ethnic background, being exposed to all these different cultures has a huge role in shaping the designer I am today.
We know you love designing, but what about it do you love most?
I love to see the joyous faces of my clients at the end because interior design for me is all about creating happiness. I love to hear what my clients need the most and provide an everyday solution that makes them feel at ease and content.
What drives you to design?
After studying interior design in National Design Academy UK and taking classes from New York School of Interior Design, I decided to build my own company Inline Interiors, wishing to find the best solutions for my clients.
My unending curiosity towards design, willingness to enrich myself with various styles and helping dreams come true drives me to design continuously.
