Describe your go-to style:
My aesthetic blends classic charm with a modern, livable sensibility—spaces feel polished but never precious, curated yet deeply personal. I embrace tradition but pair it with playful details, a lived-in ease, and a deep respect for how people truly live in their homes.
I favor layered textures over loud statements, warm whites and natural wood tones, and patterns that whisper rather than shout. Symmetry grounds my work, softened by moments of asymmetry to keep things from feeling rigid. Heirloom pieces and vintage accents bring a sense of history and soul into every space.
In short, I design homes that are graceful, grounded, and full of character—the kind of spaces that feel like they’ve always been that way, even when they’re brand new.
What drives you to design?
At the heart of it, I’m driven by the belief that home should tell a story—one that reflects not just beauty, but life lived well. I design to create spaces that feel layered, soulful, and deeply personal. There’s a quiet joy in balancing form and function, in honoring tradition while inviting modern ease. I’m inspired by the way thoughtful design can ground us, lift us, and make everyday rituals feel extraordinary. Helping someone see their life reflected in their space—that’s what keeps me coming back, project after project.
Describe your favorite project:
My favorite design project has been the amenity spaces for the 19th and Broadway Apartments in Nashville, TN. Located at the junction of Music Row and Midtown in Nashville - this building will embody both the history of the neighborhood and its rapidly evolving future through the lens of locally brewed Tennessee Whiskey. Material and color palettes were informed by the copper stills and oak barrels of distilleries, as well as the classic looks of famous whiskey cocktails. Space is both elevated and fun - being just blocks from both honky tonks and 5 star hotels. It was truly just so fun to design - and a blessing - and I will enjoy watching it undergo construction in the coming years!
