What drives you to design?

As designers it's our responsibility to be the visual translators of our clients desires. I love to design because you are able to take a pile of wants, needs, problems and dreams, seamlessly weaving them together, to create an atmosphere that transcends the original expectation.

Tell us your biggest design secret:

My biggest design secret is to Listen. Listening to a client and establishing project drivers early on in the process allows us to ensure we continue to speak the same design language throughout the project, resulting in a project that not only meets, but exceeds, our client's desires.

What’s your prediction for the next big trend in design?

I believe the next big design trend is going to be more focused on quality & uniqueness. We are living in a time of information overload resulting in quickly evolving trends to that lead to fast fashion, mass reproductions and cheap products quality. By concentrating on quality, you will be able to create environments with intention, use products that have soul, and create a layered atmosphere that tells your individual, un-replicated story.
