What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?:
You will see in the photos of the dining/lounge - sitting area, we have one wine cabinet. In the future, we will be looking to add a built in custom refrigerated wine cellar on that entire wall (looking to continue the wall to cover the side of the tall cabinet currently seen). We would also want to keep the lights over the kitchen island.
We have ordered our master bed. Pic included. We also just had new Lafayette Transitional Blinds installed.
We want to be sure to carry out a cohesive style/feel and color flow throughout the house. You will see on the included floor plan the rooms are labeled dining room and lounge/sitting area. We are open to them being located as labeled or flip-flopped. Looking for some out of the box thinking. The room labeled dining does have a water view.
It was hard to find inspirational photos as none were perfect...for example, for the dining room...we do not like the lighting fixtures pictured. As an FYI, both spaces (dining room and lounge/sitting area) are wired for light fixtures.
We have included pictures of our kitchen and master bath as we are looking to get those added to the project since they are part of both areas.
As for the bedroom, if you think an accent wall would look great, we are open to adding one. We just do not want to repaint the entire room as we just had it done.
