DINING ROOM
- dining table (112x48) and chairs (20" wide)
- buffet table (68.5 width, 18 depth, 36 height)
- mirror (51x36)
- was thinking of placing the buffet table in "notch space", 2 extra chairs on each side, and then hanging mirror and sconces above it.
- drapes
- I bought plate settings from Z gallerie awhile ago. Any chance can incorporate into design?

LIVING ROOM

- ceiling fan
- I like the z gallerie 22' pillows - hoping color and design and go off that
- dog in picture (haha)

Current wall paint is Sherwin Williams - Pacer White. Open to different paint colors in specific areas, but such an open space affecting so many areas.

DINING ROOM
- need rug underneath table? what do you think of modular tile rugs like FLOR so easier to replace tiles/clean?
- design for chair rail molding to match foyer. See pics labels "example of planned paneling/molding in foyer."
- in the "notched" space and above chair rail molding, wall paper behind the mirror and sconces keeping?
- design for tray ceiling (custom wood work or paint?)
- chandelier too small?

LIVING ROOM
- attached example layout that cousin made awhile ago. I like it, but open to other ideas!
- trying to maximize seating for big family get togethers
- 6'1 husband wants sofas to be a bit higher back support and long enough he can lay across. We like the idea of power recliners as well. Open to stain resistant fabric or leather
- I like idea of swivel chairs to accompany sofas
- machine washable rug possible?
- if current media center doesn't work with new design, recommend another one or design custom build? Hoping can fit 72 in wide TV and subwoofer (15x15x8)
- place for 70lb lab's bed and toy box?

I wasn't sure about budget... I am willing to spend on quality pieces that will keep for long time, but get guilty about spending too much on small items such as decor. I guess you can say I am a "Toyota" instead of a "Lexus"! :)

Since your room gets plenty of sunlight your color options are quite broad.

For your main color, we chose to use white/off-white as it offers a fresh, clean, feel to the space. White and off-white colors are often a favorite for walls because they are light, neutral, and match most color schemes. They are known to make rooms feel more airy and spacious.

Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish
