Additional comments to designers:
The back patio is on the south side of the house. We do not have any existing patio furniture, but we are thinking we would like to include the following:
Back Patio - dining table and chairs (min 6 seats), possible tent/canopy/gazebo and/or umbrella, and additional seating around the fire pit. Ideally, all materials should be weather-proof. We could store cushions indoors during inclement weather, but we do not have indoor storage space for the furniture.
Front Patio - two chairs and a small table
