For your main color, we chose to use white/off-white as it offers a fresh, clean, feel to the space. White and off-white colors are often a favorite for walls because they are light, neutral, and match most color schemes. They are known to make rooms feel more airy and spacious.
Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish

the window is a little different then the floor plan sent, it is now centered in between the wall and the shower and tub is also centered in that space.( I can get updated plan if you need it but its the only thing that changed. There a wall on the left side of the tub that needs something but not sure what can be put there.
First 2 photos are the inspo layout I had for the bathroom. Clear glass for the shower and the little closet near the sink, Im open to glass choice for the actual closet near the toilet. I do not want the tile as dark as those two photos. I prefer the other photos I sent, I ideally dont want grey marble thats too busy looking.
For the bathroom I wanted large format tile if possible. Going for a glam , modern look I think. I would like a spa like bathroom. All walls dont have to be tiled , maybe a wall covering or paint to cut costs but if it will look best then I will do the tile. We are open to white and black or keeping it like the photos I sent. open to black floor or black accent wall like the picture I sent or doing something else.
vanity- vanity size can be adjusted but i was looking for a floating vanity unless you find a better option. open to colors for vanity and different mirror shapes.

Flooring - Photo with the treadmill and the black front door is the flooring I was thinking for the house but open to other options if you think something will be better.
Kitchen - I would like to keep the coffered ceiling in the inspo photo unless you have any better ideas for that. cabinets have to touch the ceiling or top of the coffered ceiling I hate spaces above the cabinets. I dont want too much cabinet. especially on the side area. Refrigerator placement can be moved left or right if needed. I do have a built in coffee maker which i can send dimensions for which it cannot go on the far right side because thats how its turned on. I will send what I have so far from the kitchen place but I dont love it because there is so many cabinets. White oak flooring but possibly open to other options, we have dogs so something that wouldnt get scratched up easily is ideal.

I would like a sectional with ottoman or coffee table . Open to fun lighting or doing something with the ceiling. White oak flooring but possibly open to other options, we have dogs so something that wouldnt get scratched up easily is ideal. We can finalize tv size based on design. No Leather furniture please.
Dining Room - We are going to do a hidden door that leads into out bedroom. Open to table options, I just dont like cheap looking chairs.

The room is very long and I dont know how to utilize the space best. Im open to different flooring here we have nothing picked out yet. I would like a bench with storage, one or two large closet spaces for jackets. There will be a hidden shoe closet somwhere. Please see attached 2 screenshots on how it opens. Im open to colors for storage and the flooring.
** We also have 2 pocket bulldogs(45 and 55 pounds) while we are gone we usually put them in a crate. I would like a more decorative crate option. It would be size large and fit 2 dods side by side seperated by a divider. Not sure if you have any ideas on where it should go ? This room is a bit larger so I was thinking the mudroom.I attached some different styles but if you find something better Im okay with that too, it all depends on what colors we choose. or other option is put the dog crate somewhere else but not sure where.
