Project Description:

We need help with the interior design of a master bathroom of a new contemporary high end spec home located at Miami Beach. The interior design proposal of the master bathroom has to achieve the following:
- Be modern and sleek.
- To have a sophisticated air while maintaining a clean approach to the design.
- To have a neutral and contemporary palette of colors and finishes, with special emphasis in white and grey.
- To have accents of wood to warm up the space.
- Emphasize one accent wall.

Regarding materials, we would like to have:
- Floor to ceiling tiles in all walls.
- Wall mounted vanity cabinet with fitted sinks.
- Glass shower enclosures.
- Freestanding bathtubs.

Please keep in mind that this is a luxury contemporary spec home, currently in design development phase. The expected sale price for this home is $4.5M. The master bathroom is a signature bathroom in the home. Since we don't have a buyer yet, the design must have a contemporary Miami Beach style and be able to appeal to different type of buyers.

For your main color, we chose to use gray because it is neutral and seen as elegant and classy.

Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish
