The first four pictures I uploaded are from the listing, the darker remaining photos were taken with a phone camera. We are open to changing the fave of the fireplace and mantel. But also open to keeping the tile if it can be incorporated into the style of the rest of the room. also open to making the fireplace flush to the wall (removing the step) if it makes sense to make more room. Open to leaving it or any other creative idea.
What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?:
None. We do have unique little tables from Viva Terra that we can use in the living room or in our family room. There are three of the silver tables and four of the wooden square blocks. The rug in the picture below will be coming with us as well. Perhaps we could use it? Not necessary....just options.

Balinese luxury mixed with farmhouse. Clean, soft feel. Dining room furniture simple and durable but also a hint of rustic balinese or similar natural materials. A simple dining table would be great (see examples), natural wood but nothing too crazy. Simple, clean looking chairs, possibly a bench seat for the side of the table next to the wall. It's a small space so will need to maximize space.
Living room, comfortable enough for guests, but still clean and open feeling. Two love seats? A small sectional? We surrender to your creativity here. We have a few side tables and a yellow rug that you could potentially use. If you don't use them for the living room, we will use them for our family room.
