Project Description:

I need help designing a powder room ( I do have the sink with faucet and toilet)...I need mirror, lights and do something about the walls. I was thinking of a accent wall with some Porcelanosa tiles, I just want it to make it look clean yet glam :)

I also have a kitchen that I'm remodeling and the family area that I need help with

for the living room the budget for fireplace is separate.. so the 1-5k here does not include the fireplace. I can pay extra for fireplace
for the living room/ kitchen area we have a vinyl floor that's light in color that will be installed... I would like to add some pops of color with accents. I do have a lot of art work that I can provide

What do you currently dislike about the room?:

The light comes mid day through sunset... we’ll have a bifold door with black frame where the small door and big window is nesxt to the table.

I would like bar chairs for counter - the constraints are width area 38 3/4 and height 34 1/2 and 12 depth... I would like the bar chairs to fit nicely in the area and not come out too much, I included a close up photo with the counter so you can see the true colors - there's some brownish orange... Maybe we can do a mix of wood?

chairs for round table - 4 chairs - I'm open to mixing styles like in the photo of inspiration attached- the diameter of the round table is 44 ...
for living- need to change fireplace with a modern one and move tv on the top...I would like a clean modern design for the fireplace. I can buy a new modern fireplace that needs to be on gas and it will up to 42" long...

I’m open to keeping the sofa and rug but I’m pretty open to new ideas...

Also need color palette for that area and the kitchen

What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?:

STYLE: modern/ comfortable, simple/ colorful

I’ll keep the round table but need chairs... i’m Open to having multiple styles of chairs but I need them to look cool yet comfortable :)
Sofa ( not a must) and tv we’ll keep .. also rug can stay but not necessarily
can you suggest what to do with fireplace? Would like amodern look . We can change fireplace to be gas. It longer and slimmer. The white trim would be taken out

I do have 2 kids (12 and 9 years old) and I would like to place to be contemporany and modern yet comfortable and not stiff... pops of color, plants

I attached below some art we have that you can incorporate in your design... There is some art that my kids made...

I also included a photo with existing pillows that can stay or go either way I'm fine.... I just wanted to show I like that blue color. I alos showed some drapes in blue that I have in another room...

Using lighter colors in your medium-sized room will make it feel more airy and bright

For your main color, we chose to use gray because it is neutral and is verstaile. It compliments many colors such as white, blue, and yellow and works well as part of a color scheme in any room.

For the walls: Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish For trim: Use a semi-gloss paint finish as it has a slight shine and is easy to clean.
