For your main color, we chose to use white/off-white as it offers a fresh, clean, feel to the space. White and off-white colors are often a favorite for walls because they are light, neutral, and match most color schemes. They are known to make rooms feel more airy and spacious.
Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish

I did a major remodel on a house over the past 3+ years of the 'bones' and now I want to take things to the next level with design and accessories - I am burned out from the remodel and need help with the design and shopping process.
My goal for bedroom is to create a place that feels like a high end hotel room in a major city (you know small and high-end). I need some additonal storage as my closest isn't as big as I hoped. I have included some ideas in the pinterest board, i prefer integrated looks like built storage with doors. I want the storage to blend into the design. some of the images i sent you show the better really low, I dont' want the bed that low as we are in our 50's, it also doesn't need to be as high as the one i have now -- i prefer there to be some storage that you can't see under the bed.

I would like the primary bedroom to feel like an oasis, a hotel room, a place that is soothing when you enter it, at the same time I also want it to have storage for specific types of items that aren't fitting into the primary closet. It is not a room that we spend time in hanging out; it is a room that is a sleeping retreat and I want it to feel like a high-end hotel room with storage that is incorporated into the design. We have not designed it, we are just using furnture from our past house and I want to pull it all together and when I open the door I want it to say -- ahhh calm and soothing you are at your at home hotel.
