Project Description

Hi! We used Decorilla before and we love it! Our goal is to elevate our space to make it more stylish and to complete the look. Our entire space is white, grey and small pops of black. We love art and drama yet we want a peaceful space. Contemporary is our style...with some glamour and eclectic items...and it must be kid friendly!

1) I want to add a buffet, some art pieces and some decor to finish the dining room and living room. I am keeping all of items currently in the dining room.
2) In the living room, we need a total refresh although we do like some of the items in the room.

We love gray, white, black, and blue. Green is okay but not great.
We like clean, peaceful places that are kid friendly but my husband and I are creatives, so we like a little flair...a "wow" moment!

Since your room gets plenty of sunlight your color options are quite broad.

For your main color, we chose to use white/off-white as it offers a fresh, clean, feel to the space. White and off-white colors are often a favorite for walls because they are light, neutral, and match most color schemes. They are known to make rooms feel more airy and spacious.

Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish
